Overall Satisfaction with Kanban Tool
We are using Kanban Tool to better track all of our Basecamp cards, so that we can see the volume of work on each person's plate each day. It helps us to see where a project is in it's lifecycle.
- Allows you to see the flow of projects
- Allows you to move projects into stages
- Allows you to see what projects a certain person has on their plate
- Interface could be a little more organized
- Sometimes it gets sticky
- We have been able to track projects much more efficiently
- We have had less missed deadlines as we can see where a project is in the workflow
Kanban better fit our needs because it allowed us to see everything in one simple view.
