Overall Satisfaction with Kaseya VSA
We have been using Kaseya VSA as the backbone of our managed services business for almost 10 years. We were looking for an industry leader that supported a variety of technology platforms. Our team of 15 technicians use it daily to support almost 3,000 endpoints. We leverage patch management, scheduled procedures, monitoring, and remote access to assist our clients with all their technology needs. Integrated antivirus and backup solutions give us a central point of management. I can't imagine how we would be an MSP without it.

- Supports MacOS, Windows desktop OS and Windows Server OS
- Integrated patch management
- Integrated Webroot AV
- The MacOS agent support matrix is often lagging a little behind the current release of MacOS.
- The Kaseya AntiVirus module using Kaspersky was troublesome. The Webroot integration is far superior.
- Big savings in reduced drive time.
- More efficient use of technician time.
- Automated procedures require no technician time once properly configured.
