Overall Satisfaction with Kaspersky Endpoint Security
We are reseller of Kaspersky Endpoint Security. This product is part of our Business Customer online protection portfolio.
We are not using it internally, but we have a testing platform with 30 licenses for for internal testing within our Department.
A lot of Business Customers in Bosnia have big problem with shortage of skilled IT staff.
Based on that problem a lot of customers choose Cloud solutions as they are cheaper considered that they use external IT staff.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security is ideal for that usage. You can implement it without using remote access, on mobile devices, laptops and PC-s.
In Covid-19 pandemic as people use their devices outside organizations, this is must have, as the Kaspersky provides better overview over company assets, especially with remote working scenarios.
I found it fairly easy to set up, especially for small and medium companies. For Companies with Microsoft 365 subscriptions there is also a 365 solutions.

- Small performance penalty.
- Great for PC and mobile device protection.
- Better protection then default security options for Windows 10.
- IOS integration is too complicated even for IT expert.
- Sometimes update would fail on client computers for few days.
- Better security portfolio.
- Additional Cloud applications.
- Elements of MDM.
Fairly similar, but Kaspersky is more Cloud centric, I would say better for Remote workers. Price is better with yearly subscriptions.
