Overall Satisfaction with Kaspersky Work Space Security
It is being used across all of our organization in all departments. It solves our problems related to managing our computers for viruses and all other system security. We like that we have a central system where we can manage and push out updates to the computers. Also we can run different commands within Kasperksy to control other processes on the computer from a central system.
- Central Management.
- Updates available throughout the year to push down to our workstations.
- Tech support assists with our questions.
- For some of the encryption features we want to be able to update the version automatically instead of needing to decrypt th workstation, install the update and then encrypt.
- Ability for additional e-mail alerts.
- We would like to see improvement in the remote access feature.
- Saving our IT resources having a central security solution
- The ROI on this software has been under 1 year.
- The business objective rolling out this solution was for proper compliance and the software has been working well.
We looked at other solutions and chose Kaspersky over the other software out there as the price point on a multiyear contract was aggressive and the software running on the computers as the agent was thin and didn't use up much system resources. We also like that Kasperksy has multiple software version updates throughout the year to keep up with the changes in technology.
