Overall Satisfaction with Motive

I use Motive in my truck. It helps me keep my log book and do my quarterly ifta reporting. It keeps track of miles I have driven in each state so that at the end of the quarter I can easily search my miles record and report that to the state.

I’ve had to call or text customer service a few times in the beginning of my time with them and they just make contacting them easy. They’re also really quick to resolve any issues I might have. So I would say they have an ease to working with them and they provide quick customer service.
Like I said before, I’m only a one truck operation but if I were to ever grow my fleet I can see how helpful they are and that would help me keep a fleet of trucks organized and compliant. They allow for keeping track of important things with an ease I’ve never experienced before.
I would have to say every time I’ve tried contacting them, although it has been awhile, the wait time is very minimal. They give you options on how to contact them. They also have helpful suggestions to questions you might have. So if it’s urgent you can call them or if it’s not, you can send a message. I like that.
I can’t remember the first digital log book I used, it’s a very big one in the industry, it doesn’t compare to Motive. They’re ease of use was horrible. Customer service was non existent. The devise wasn’t user friendly. I’ve actually used 2 other companies with other places I’ve worked for. They sucked real bad.

In my experience [Motive is] the best logging service in the industry. It’s so easy to use. I’ve had to call in or send a text to customer service because my recording device wasn’t working and they fixed my problem right away. They just provide great customer service. I find them to be the gold standard.
