Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities

We leverage Khoros Community as a customer empowerment tool with a contact offload objective.
  • Analytics: I've trialed or have seen demos of other products and most don't come close to the depth of insights you are able to collect.
  • Support: Their technical support team is responsive and relatively quick. Our CSM's have generally been wonderful.
  • Willingness to work with us on a variety of needs that may aren't included in the OOTB experience.
  • Customizability: If you don't have some dev experience or knowledge, you might have a hard time customizing the UX when needed.
  • We are able to realize operational expenditure savings in the millions of dollars through contact offload.
There is always room for improvement but my experience comes from our community supporting millions of views from potentially millions of customers. Consequently, I don't have insight into scalability insofar as customer growth is concerned but certainly Khoros' solution has largely been consistent over the near decade of supporting our customers.
Yes. The Khoros team are willing to help and responsive to queries. We have worked with the Professional and Strategic Services teams on multiple occasions in support of our digital support objectives.
It's important to note that you may not utilize Khoros' full suite of OOTB tools from day 1. What's significant is that as our community grew, Khoros generally had a feature or solution baked in to address pain-points and/or new challenges as they came.

We've been able to gauges interest and launch new products as the result of suggestions born out of our community. Additionally, we regularly forward feedback to stakeholders to help improve products.

Khoros Communities is well suited for any organization looking to gain additional support channels with a contact offload objective. Perhaps it is not suited, augmenting traditional support channels, if your client base is on the small side.
