Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

We use Khoros to respond to our customers who want to be serviced on Social Media platforms as well as our community where customers can engage with each other.
  • Analytics - they have some of the best reporting I have seen.
  • Support - they are always available and come up with out-of-the-box solutions to issues.
  • New ideas - when I need to create a solution and want to use Khoros for it if they don't have it they will build it!
  • The user face is very easy to use and is a favorite in the organization.
  • I would love to see some deeper level reporting in certain areas.
  • We have been able to reduce contacts coming into the center by using Community.
  • We are able to service the customer in their channel of choice because of Social Care.
Khoros has never missed a beat when it comes to adding and growing with us, we continue to add and they meet the demand every single time!
Khoros has been there every step of the way. They helped us learn to build a community, then took us through how to grow it, and now we work together on what we can do next to make it even better. They are always ready with new ideas or things that are coming up that we can use to improve the experience.
It allows us to keep a close eye on customer sentiment, to adjust as we see new trends and help the team overall.

We don't use a lot of gamification at the moment so NA to this.
Khoros is by far the best product we have used because it is customer-focused instead of marketing-based. We love the analytics that we can pull and the ease of the user interface we also love the support team that is surrounding us and helping us get to the next level.

Khoros is extremely responsive to my needs and because of them, the company's community has been wildly successful. They are willing to jump in and support us in any way we need and want for our success as much as we do. My team is able to answer customers more quickly due to the ease of the tool as well.
