Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
We use it to build communities.
- Authorization among user and roles.
- Moderation tools.
- Pure HTML, JS customizations.
- Server-side logic should be better than current i.e. Freemarker.
- Admin UI is old and not usable.
- Adding new custom field should be possible to on the fly rather than from support.
- Negative impact to onboard devs to understand terminology and freemarker.
- Hard to find learning material for freemarker.
- Not enough developer communities built to discuss problems and good-to-have's.

Developing custom user experience is hard to develop, hard to test and hard to debug.
It would be better to have good logging mechanism rather than "Feature Logs" which will disappear in 7 days
