Khoros is easy to use and has lots of helpful features

We use Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium) in several ways, including daily publishing, content scheduling, and for insights and intelligence. The team I work on relies on the product on a daily basis. Our team primarily uses it, but other departments across the company, including CX, have a use for it as well. This software allows us to successfully schedule content and pull insights.

My team has been able to internally align strategy through Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium). We've been able to build out a content calendar for internal socialization and planning as well as building out team plans in order to group similar content together over time.

Although my team doesn't handle CX responsibilities, we have been able to use Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium) to react in real time and minimize risk. New features, such as pause publishing, have been helpful in an unprecedented time and have allowed us to quickly react to pause when our voice is not needed.
