Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
We use Khoros Marketing across my organization. I love it because it is so easy to use and our customer success director is the best! He is so responsive and feels like he is part of the team. I know Khoros has our best interest at heart, always open to feedback and keeping us in the loop regarding updates being made to the platform. Through using Khoros, we are able to mitigate the risk associated with social media by ensuring everything goes through a proper approval process.

Our customer success director is the best of the best. He is always responsive and helps us whenever needed. Whenever we have additional issues, Support is very helpful.
Creating approval teams, pausing publication of social media posts when needed, enabling us to use Intelligence and understand what topics people are talking about (which sometimes helps us stay away from accidentally posting about a sensitive topic).
