Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
I utilize this platform to upload and post for Twitter and Facebook on behalf of my department. We also make assets and posts available for others to use across the association specifically for large campaigns that we want used across the nation. We are also able to tag our posts to better understand impressions and engagement for campaigns.
- Allowing for emoticons.
- Ability to add tags to posts to understand full campaigns, not just one post.
- Uploading images and allowing for cropping and/or editing for each appropriate channel. META currently offers this on this platform for businesses.
- Increase the image size allowed to be uploaded.
- Hashtag recommendations or insight - META also does this and this is useful to maximize engagement.
- Improved overview on what our company is doing on social.
- Ability for multiple stakeholders to review and edit as needed.
Khoros has allowed our organization to be able to provide a tool for other to use with consistent messaging and creative for multiple use.
