Not great customer support. Had a really hard time getting our team to get back to us, help us when we ran into issues.
We just didn't have a lot of support from the internal team at Kibo.
They need to spend some time on UX in the platform. It is not intuitive to use.

The product, overall, is a good product but the interface is not user-friendly and takes a lot of time to get used to how to use it. I also had issues w/our customer service team and their responsiveness.
