  • Our account manager wasn’t that helpful but we have now switched and the new person is great
  • We had great results with recs and also a menu test, happy to share results with our team at Kibo Personalization.
Our account manager didn’t fit our team well but we now have a new account manager who is great. The representative who helps us build experiences is fantastic.
Again the only issue was account management the rest was spot on
I am not technical and struggled with some set ups but Hayley helped me to get there and now we have a new team member who has more dev skills and she seems to find the platform easy to use and learn

We struggled with a test where you couldn’t get it to show on first view. Most tests have been great.
