Dispatching is also very important and easy to use for our customer service staff. Kickserv also has a phenomenal mobile application that keeps our technicians aware of daily activities and changes that may occur. The app has many features such as the ability to keep a record of time for each project, as well as phone dialing and mapping capabilities.
