Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo for email newsletters.
  • Problems with time sensitive charity emailing.
  • Poor response to time sensitive pleas for help.
  • Terrible communication.
Mailchimp is so much easier to use and has better templates. No issue ever with sending out emails. Terrible that Shopify has now integrated Klaviyo. I will remove the app from our Shopify store.

Slow help. Poor templates and awkward to set up and edits. Poor test emailing. I would not recommend this product.
