Klaviyo is used to send our out email campaigns to our customers as well as getting customers that left our store to come back by enticing them with the abandoned cart feature.

- Klaviyo brought us lost revenue through its abandoned cart system
- Premade templates means not having to do much thinking and just use whats there
- Pre-built /premade templates are also quite limited and are difficult to customize meaning we couldn't differentiate ourselves much.
Klaviyo is very user friendly compared Mailchimp, Privy, and Constant Contact though there is a learning curve for some aspects of it especially the automation aspects it is well worth learning the ins and outs of Klaviyo. We are pretty happy with Klaviyo which does everything better than the other apps I mentioned in our experience, the main thing lacking about Klaviyo is its support team takes at a minimum an entire day or 24 hours just to get ahold of and going back and forth on a ticket with that time frame is quite slow.
