Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use Klayvio as our preferred email platform and we use it for customer attribution. Klayvio automates a lot of our email and SMS communication and it also integrates very easily with our website BigCommerce. Klayvio is very simple to use and is very mobile-friendly. It is so nice that it links to our product catalog. Emails that used to take hours only take minutes now.

Klayvio is so much easier to use than iContact and also way better priced. The flows are so much easier to use and build in Klayvio, plus they link to our product catalog which has saved us so much time when creating emails. iContact was very limiting with data, contacts, and flows. We also did not have any dynamic content in iContact.
