We work with large variety of small to medium sized businesses to build dynamic email marketing programs with a full array of automations, email campaigns at regular cadences, and list segmentation. It integrates with Shopify and Big Commerce which are the main platforms we support and helps us to automate revenue and engagement for our clients.

Klaviyo's email builder has stronger functionality with options to customize mobile layouts and edit the code directly. The automations builder is also very user friendly and has customizable options at every step of the journey to create splits, filters, or other conditional actions. This allows us to build email infrastructure quickly.

For eCommerce, it's a really nice package. From store integrations, a/b testing, dynamic content, to form captures, it's a strong solution for managing a growing email program. They also have a lot of prebuilt automations that can generically be turned on immediately and then improved/customized later on. There are some instances where it won't allow you to use certain data with personalized fields or triggers.
