Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

We utilize Klaviyo for campaign sends and automated flows. Our abandoned cart and replenishment flows are extremely helpful in regaining and retaining customers and sales.
  • creating segments makes it easy to target particular customers
  • the easy-to-use block system for creating beautiful emails for a small team
  • provide great and timely webinars for list health and professional development
  • more access to customer service via phone that instead of live chat
  • segments could be easier to create if there was a clone functionality! I waste a lot of time creating segments that would be saved if I could clone and make edits from previous work I've done
  • there should be functionality to show the over email size before sending, to ensure emails aren't cut off at the end
  • Positive impact on sales! Especially abandoned cart and replenishment flows.
Klaviyo is far more advanced than Mailchimp and Constant Contact, and it is better for businesses looking to grow their sales!

Though waiting in a live chat could take a while depending on the day and time, in any instance, I've spoken with a customer service representative they have been so clear and helpful! I would recommend Klaviyo solely on their customer service value which is incredible. Sending so many campaigns can really get cluttered, so organizationally it could improve on UX.
