Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
Very happy with Klaviyo. The product is easy to use and navigate. It doubles as a CRM & ESP in one for us. We are about to create pretty robust segments and flows based on past customer data. We are very satisfied and I would definitely recommend it.

Very easy
We segment customers who have recently opened or clicked an email, purchased a product, viewed a product, etc. This overall helps our domain reputation and increases our open rate, click rate, and conversion rate.
Acquisition - welcome flows, cart abandonment flow, checkout abandonment flow, browse abandonment flow, back in stock-flow, and campaigns. Retention - campaigns, cross-sell flow, and win backflow
We started our SMS program via Klaviyo and switched to Attentive. Attentive is definitely superior to Klaviyo in SMS marketing and their overall BRB strategy. Their SMS program is far more robust and has the capability to integrate with Zendesk. They also designate account reps to you regardless of your list size, and we meet every other week to go over strategy. They also have monthly webinars, and send cute gift baskets to the people who attend. They invited us to Govball and we were in a private suite with drinks & food and were able to connect with others. It's the little things that make them a great company.
