We use Klaviyo to connect with our customers and get to know them better.
- Receive triggers of actions performed on Shopify website.
- Easily setup complex flows.
- Easily access reports.
- There are bugs within the system, for examples email templates wouldn't save.
- Longer text messages.
- We are able to increase revenue by keeping in contact with our customers.
- Klaviyo is really easy to setup so we did not need highly technical staff to do it.
SMS definitely improved ROI as the deliverability is much better.

I would not call it behavioral data, but rather actions are taken on our website. We definitely would love to see more data about our customers.
