Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo to connect with our customers and get to know them better.
  • Receive triggers of actions performed on Shopify website.
  • Easily setup complex flows.
  • Easily access reports.
  • There are bugs within the system, for examples email templates wouldn't save.
  • Longer text messages.
  • We are able to increase revenue by keeping in contact with our customers.
  • Klaviyo is really easy to setup so we did not need highly technical staff to do it.
SMS definitely improved ROI as the deliverability is much better.
Simple integrations which were simple to set up.
I would not call it behavioral data, but rather actions are taken on our website. We definitely would love to see more data about our customers.
Klaviyo has helped us Upsell customers.
Klaviyo was the easiest to configure with Shopify to see what actions the customers has done on our website.

I believe Klaviyo is great for eCommerce stores, I do not know how easy Klaviyo is to integrate with WordPress or CRMs though.
