Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo for automations and email campaigns. We often face many operational challenges and Klaviyo allows us to bypass manual efforts with automated ones to optimize revenue and streamline operations. The automations are tied with our eCommerce platform to trigger automatically, test different messages or email types, and iterate on best performers.

All integrations are very simple to set up.
We don't really use this feature as we have not found much value in it.

Klaviyo was build for ecommerce and Shopify. We chose it because of its integration, data, and quick set up time.

Klaviyo is great for eCommerce sellers. If you do not have an eCommerce business, I would not recommend it. It is also particularly good with Shopify but woocommerce users can take advantage of the features as well.
