I use it to find info like LTV and most valuable customers.

- cohort level data - I can see individual LTV, but not cohort LTV
- Dashboard reporting - it can be a little challenging to find information without creating a custom report
- Help section - this needs a bit more detail. Typically I end up searching Google to find information on using Klayvio because the help section of the website lacks detail and can be hard to understand

- Negative - finding data points isn't always intuitive and is often time-consuming
I haven't seen tools for attribution in Klaviyo.
