Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

I use it to find info like LTV and most valuable customers.

  • Incorporating SMS a
  • cohort level data - I can see individual LTV, but not cohort LTV
  • Dashboard reporting - it can be a little challenging to find information without creating a custom report
  • Help section - this needs a bit more detail. Typically I end up searching Google to find information on using Klayvio because the help section of the website lacks detail and can be hard to understand
  • Email revenue increased 200%
  • Personalization tools
  • Negative - finding data points isn't always intuitive and is often time-consuming
I haven't seen tools for attribution in Klaviyo.
I can't say, this was done by my email agency.
The time length between purchases has helped us understand repeat trends and helped make decisions on how to size future products.
Klaviyo has helped with retention.
Klaviyo is 200% better in terms of data and usability.

It is well suited to understanding cohort behavior. It is not appropriate for understanding behavior of the entire email list or finding a general answer. For example, I can average the days between purchases of a cohort, but I can't find that same data point for the full email list. That information is useful because it allows me to report to my senior management and investors on the overall health of the business, not just a small group.
