We use Klayvio for multiple reasons! We use it in our welcome flows, our win-back opportunities, our customer thank-yous, and beyond. We also use it to share new products, specific content, and a weekly various content-based email.

Email marketing has been huge for our business this year, and Klayvio's suite of tools is a big reason for that.
We did switch from using Klayvio's text messaging platform to a new provider, as we were not wild about the performance/ability with their text messaging arm.

I've loved the experience we've had thus far with Klayvio. There is brand trust because they are the clear category leader in email marketing. They offer a simple suite of tools that even a novice can understand, but I do think their onboarding can be stronger - as it takes a bit to get up to speed. The analytics they share is helpful in making fact-based business decisions.
