Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

I use Klaviyo for repetitive automations such as Welcome sequences, abandoned cart follow ups, etc. I also use it for weekly email newsletter blasts to our growing list of customers to highlight our current product line and promotions.

Basic integration, easy to achieve.
It's given us a better idea of how our customers are receiving and reacting to our messaging. This has allowed us to tweak and improve the way we communicate and generate positive results and a better return overall. By reviewing open rates, click rates, etc. we have been able to a/b test and refiune that process.
Every aspect from acquiring new customers to retaining current customers.
Klaviyo is better in almost every way. From ease of use, to user experience, analytics, you name it. Klaviyo comes out on top in every comparison and we (I) will continue to use Klaviyo until another platform proves to be superior. Until then, Klaviyo is the best solution for what we seek to accomplish.
