Klipfolio within my organizaition is used as a solution that can pull data from various different sources and that data can be used to create dashboards. With Klipfolio, we gather and process our data in real-time. We also compare the real-time performance with our historical data to have a better insight into our company’s performance.

Klipfolio is a more flexible tool when we consider its many functions. These functions allows the us to create a dashboard which can combine multiple data sources. These combinations of data sources often provide deeper insights when compared with other visualization tools. Klipfolio is a very powerful tool because it has a wide range of integrations with various marketing and data storage platforms.

Usability

Usability wise Klipfolio is easy to use and almost meets the expectation that were promised with it. Very few of the similar products can match the visual appeal as Klipfolio does. All the components inside it are very well laid out. Huge list of data sources, easy understand user interface, friendly support are some of the key points that make it valuable.

Support Rating

The overall support is okay, I wouldn't go for good. I had to reach out to customer support multiple times in order to figure out how to set up the user roles and permissions. Even if I had issues but the customer support was attentive enough to listen to my problems and then come up with a solution to it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Klipfolio is well suited for cases where users need dashboards that look visually appealing and want to go live quickly, Klipfolio should be one of the top choices. The main problem for us is to view data at one place. The ability to see data mashed up from different systems and viewed on a single dashboard is the key area where Klipfolio comes in.
