Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is being used for the whole organization. We use it to train and test our user on cyber security specifically phishing but also looking to implement for PCI training as well.
- Nice interface
- Well supported and has a good knowledge base of articles
- Easy to implement
- Email templates were added when a previously used campaign cloned what we did not desire to use. They were NSFW emails.
- Will limit users being phished.
- Will reduce risk of ransomware and overall ability to be breached.

Allows us to look at KnowBe4 first for a solution to a training issue to see if we can use this resource before we try to find a different solution.
We sync it with our Google accounts. Limits the amount of interaction on our part - we just need to add our users to Google correctly and KnowBe4 then handles the rest.
Users who have completed training and users who are more likely to be susceptible to phishing attacks. Using these reports we can add training for users who need more help.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
Using AD sync allows us to not have to manage adding new users to our portal. Also when users leave removes them without intervention. We can also group users so they aren't included in training or phishing campaigns. This is useful for admin and service accounts.

3 - IT staff is responsible for the training and phishing campaigns. Mostly one person on staff with others as backup.
