Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it across the entire organization. All employees watch a monthly training video to keep the knowledge fresh in their minds to avoid any breaches.
- Training videos are short and to the point.
- Having a personal account representative is great.
- Their new addon PhishER helps decipher threat vs legit submitted emails from our users.
- PhishRIP takes the reported email, created a query and removes all other emails in firm inboxes before the users can open them. LOVE THIS!
- The training videos (while 15 mins is short) can feel time-consuming to the end-user. More bite-sized videos could be beneficial.
- The console is a bit confusing to navigate. Trying to remove a user from a group took a little while to figure out at first.
- A little difficult to figure out on a phone.
- PAB button only shows up in Ms outlook app on mobile devices. Doesn't show on built in mail apps for apple or droid. Would be great if it did.
- The cost of the program pales in comparison to the many times we have thwarted a phisher who could have gotten thousands from us through end-users.
- We've avoided infected emails from known clients who didn't know they'd been infected. There is no way to come up with a $ amount because we could have had ransomware lock our files and lost days of production and possible clients.
This is the only one we've used. There was no reason to try anything else. This works perfectly for our needs.

It keeps the end-user from getting bored. The posters are great for break rooms. The test emails keep them on their toes. And the emails from Stu about the latest threats on the horizon keep me in the know too.
We use ADSync with Azure AD Office 365.
Knowing who has finished their training is very helpful. Who failed a campaign and which email they received in the campaign. If our phish report is going up or down. Reports of our info on the dark web and having those free scans and reports help me keep on top of that side of things too.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
Active directory integration was easy with help from support. I like that it auto adds new employees to the immediate training videos.
PhishRIP and flip is wonderful. Takes a real phishers email that was reported and turns it into a test/training email.
It has helped us stop some phishers in their tracks. We love it!

No, all the support I need comes with the product, or I can watch training videos and read white papers.
Yes, setting me up with a free trial of PhishER and PhishRIP. The salesperson worked hard to get me as much free trial time as possible, and my support rep helped me get setup, tested it, trained me, and explained in detail how this would be an exceptional addin. They weren't wrong. I never felt rushed or pushed or manipulated. This company is one of my favorite vendors.

Yes - 8 out 10 stars. Little hard to maneuver and find what I need. But in no way the worst interface I've ever used.
