Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

We use this tool to show compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. We use it across different subsidiaries. We have various regulatory and compliance requirements and we need a centralized platform where we can prove training/awareness and adherence to those requirements.

Pros

  • Providing default training/awareness modules that can be customized.
  • Tracking user compliance to various legislative and industry standards and regulations.
  • Wide range of content in different formats and delivery methods.

Cons

  • The modules are not region or country specific.
  • The content tends to be generic.
  • Lack Content that is highly customizable and AI integrated.
  • Ability to show auditors the effectiveness of some initiatives.
  • External stakeholder confidence on compliance issues.
  • Saving money from using different platforms.
We operate in an environment where compliance with POPIA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR is very important, and demonstrating compliance with these requirements benefits various stakeholders and helps raise awareness of their importance among internal employees.
Having a centralized view, rather than using various platforms, made it easier to provide a one-stop shop for all compliance training-related reporting. This makes it easy to track all requirements in one place. In addition, this has also given a single view of all training and awareness needs and adherence.
The content has heightened awareness of security and compliance needs. As a result, our compliance status has advanced from non-existent to level 2 out of 4. In addition, the organization can now measure using various metrics. This has improved the security posture.
Easy to use and follows the same approach for security Awareness training.

Suited for starting the compliance programme and also if the organization is not yet mature. This gives a good baseline and best start. In addition various industries are covered and as a diversified company with various subsidiaries this is ideal. However, for niche compliance requirements in specific geographic regions this may need more work.
