Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus as a complement to our security training. It replaced a substantially more expensive but inferior product.

Pros

  • Excellent production value.
  • Always updating the course catalog.
  • Adding new topics regularly.

Cons

  • Subtitles don't seem to work on customer-uploaded SCORM.
  • Easier distribution of PDFs within the LMS.
  • More customization on hiding individual pages of training.
  • Saved over $5k annually.
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus provides much more engaging training over GLBA, UDAAP, BSA, than any other providers I've seen.
Being able to handle all our training needs in one platform simplifies things for users and managers!
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has much more engaging content that keeps our users interested.
It's easy to admin, easy to use as a user, and saved us money!

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is wonderful when it comes to updating content. With our previous compliance training, we had been watching some of the same videos for 10+ years. We're in a high compliance industry, so I appreciate the large selection of videos.
