Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus

PhishER allows me to go mostly hands off with phishing related e-mail checks. My users can report the messages and after having rules set up to rate the messages the algorithm handles the e-mail and replies back to the user without my intervention. saves me a lot of time.

Pros

  • Pulls threat e-mails from inboxes
  • scans attachments
  • evaluates e-mails

Cons

  • more clarity on how scans are evaluated
  • freed up my time evaluating every phishing or spam e-mail we get
  • rips threat e-mails from all inboxes to prevent others from having the chance to click them
I don't have to manually look at each message now and can trust the tool is handling the notifications.
we use PhishML, PhishRIP and PhishER block list, I havn't used phishflip as of the writing of this post

the tool is great for both large and small businesses and frees up the IT teams to work on other items.
