Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Our company user directory is easily integrated into the tool. Users are automatically added and removed as they come and go in the organization. Our directory is already grouped by department so it's easy to give certain departments training relevant to their job duties.
We are using KnowBe4 across our whole organization. It's been hard to find training that is easy for all users to understand, and at the same time, doesn't put them to sleep. KnowBe4's training modules are super engaging, entertaining, and they show real-world examples of how adversaries can attack our organization. Users are better at finding phishing emails and our data safer thanks to KnowBe4.

  • Would like to see more updated and engaging videos to choose from.
  • Would like to see the Second Chance tool become FIPS compliant.
  • Would like to see multi-factor authentication be used.
  • The tool is well priced for the number of training modules and phishing templates it has.
  • Users not clicking malicious email links prevent a breach saving our company millions!
Similar features, but KnowBe4 had a better user interface that was easier to administer and use. KnowBe4's training modules looked better too.
Many times KnowBe4's tech support would have to call me back when a representative was available.

It's really helpful having their fresh and current content in training modules. Especially the high quality mini-series trainings that aren't glorified powerpoints. Keep them coming!
Seeing user's training status is super valuable to us. KnowBe4's application training reports group by department, training module, and timeframe.
It's well suited for corporate user training. Everyday users are well educated by this material. It could do better in training users with role-based training, such as server administrators, database administrators, and network administrators. Though there are a couple of training modules that cover these roles, they are old and their content is broad.
