After initial setup user management has been minimal to keep with the new/old users. The process is 99% automatic. That one percent is normally when something goes wrong with another system.
KnowBe4 is being used in my department and soon across the whole organization. The awareness training will help increased our resilience to phishing and other cyber security events.
