We are using KnowBe4 to test all of our employees and educate them. As IT and Security personnel, we are responsible for our cybersecurity. We implement and involve the whole company and all branches. The IT department is responsible for sending all emails such as test phishing emails and spoof campaigns. We get the results and create a class for clickers.

- Improve the website to be more user friendly. The website and portal need a little bit to be easy to use. It is a great portal, but sometimes, too much data on one page makes the user confused.
- Prevent lots of security damage, as we have sensitive information like bank account numbers. KnowBe4 helps us to make sure our users are clever enough and they are not clicking blindly on a website or link.
We searched a lot before getting Knowbe4. Some of them have fewer training videos or phishing campaigns. KnowBe4 has all the good stuff in one place at a cheaper price; that makes them the really reasonable choice. After two years, I am happy with our choice and recommend them to other companies.

I believe it really matters that you have access to fresh training. Every day we face a new security issue; hackers and bad guys try to improve their ways every day. The good thing about KnowBe4 is the updated email campaigns. For example, last year, there was a breach on Equifax, and two days later, I found a related phishing campaign on the KnowBe4 portal that I happily used it.
We have two IT personnel that have to take care of the platform and process everything. We update our email address every time a new user is hired or terminated. So we are always updating our user list. Every month, we have one or two phishing email tests. We always take the training videos first and make sure they are suitable for our company policies.
We use different reports to get info for departments such as Risk Score or User Report. We want to know who and what department mostly clicks on test emails. Reports help us to see risk scores, percentages, the training statuses of a user or group, and what type of training we need related to our phishing campaign.
