Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

I uploaded a CSV of all our users. I've created groups and put some people into various groups. You can target certain groups/departments with specific training in this way. Once the first email goes out to all users they get a link where they need to sign up for the first time. Once they sign in they get access to all their specific training.
We are using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to improve our human firewall and improve our user awareness of threats that they will come across as they work. It's being used across the whole organization. We have found that our percentage of users that click on our simulated phishing tests is decreasing and that some are engaging in the video training series that we are distributing via the KnowBe4 platform. Every informed user means less of a chance that someone will engage with phishing or malicious cyber threats and thus protects our network and company.
  • It has a great onboarding system where they guide you on how to use the system with a 'coach.'
  • The phishing emails are well presented making it better for users to identify real threats more readily in the future.
  • KnowBe4 has a lot of valuable content that you can share. Their training has fun games that make for fun learning of cybersecurity concepts.
  • The platform makes it super easy to distribute the training.
  • There's even options to add people to a clicker group and then auto provides these with remedial training to strengthen users' awareness.
  • The section where you reset a user's password could be easier and more intuitive. User management section.
  • It's like First Aid training and CPR for staff in a business. When the situation appears and you need it, you'll be thankful you've got it.
  • We have a lot more users reporting to IT regarding whether or not an email is legit or not. People are showing more care and alertness regarding what they receive via email which has been great.
The support has been great. The KnowBe4 staff have been really good with checking up on me regarding training and assisting in getting started.

We've used the movie series, The Inside Man. This has given a nice view into the hacking of companies and security tools and procedures that one should be aware of within an organization. I haven't yet taken full advantage of much of the other content as we first trying to increase user engagement across the organization.
The most important is user engagement. Currently, we are struggling to up this and are working on a rewards system with our Comms department to reward the users that have been actively participating and so hoping for others to engage. So we are watching the metrics on user participation in our campaigns for now. The other metric is the number of clickers in our simulated phishing. We need to engage with them more directly in order to inform them of why clicking poses such a risk not only to the organization but to them as individuals.
I think it's important for all organizations to be more Cyber Security Aware. KnowBe4 will be a good fit for a small local business as well as larger organizations.

Hackers target everyone online.
