Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Synchronization with Active Directory.
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to educate our campus employees on the safe and proper use of our Information Technology infrastructure. Specifically, we are running periodic, controlled 'Phishing Expeditions' to train our users on how to avoid falling prey to malicious e-mail messages. The hope is that we can prevent breaches/exposure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
