Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Active directory groups.
We are using it to train and track our users on security. It is being used across the whole organization. It helps us lower the risk of system compromise.
Pros
- Easy to deploy.
- Easy to manage with automatic escalation emails to insure training is complete.
- Exceptional Phish training module. Random delivery times and Random Phish emails.
Cons
- There are some modules in higher tiers that I want to use. Maybe only one or two for just a few people. However, you cannot get access to these modules unless you upgrade the whole organization.
- I haven't been using it long enough to calculate yet.
KnowBe4 integrates with Active Directory for Single sign on, SANS does not.
KnowBe4 has a much more robust Phish system. For example, SANS only allows 1 phish message and it sends it out to all users at the same time. KnowBe4 will send a random group of phish messages over several days.

Keeps users from getting bored with the same content all the time. It also keeps up with current issues.
