Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We handle user management with an LDAP import and regular user logins using their company email addresses. This makes it easy for them to remember their login. They do sometimes need help with passwords but it's easy to reset one if needed. I'd say there's not much time spent having to handle users.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is being used in our entire organization. It is being used to address the problem of users clicking on phishing and other emails aimed at stealing user info, phishing company details, and infecting user's computers. It will help our users stay safe when using their email.
- Easy to understand training videos.
- Wide range of topics covered in training.
- Backed by known security names.
- A easier to navigate admin portal of the website.
- Better way to submit emails for phishing review.
- More ways to test user's vulnerabilities.
- Saves the IT Department time.
- Saves the Dept Manager's time.
- Saves money on having to respond to issues.
KnowBe4 is a totally different product than any I've used. While there are others that live on the email gateways to stop known phishing, KnowBe4 assumes you have one of these already and helps stops the last line of defense, the user. If the user can be informed then you don't have to worry about that attack vector.

The impact of fresh training content has been great, as it keeps everyone on their toes. We're up to date on the latest ways hackers are trying to deceive us and keep us on the lookout. Different content publishers are very useful as well. We like the regular security alerts that we receive as admins as well.
Metrics such as who and when a test phishing email was clicked are very important and useful to us. Also who has taken training, who has forgotten to take theirs, and what kinds of scores each one gets is important. Also, managers are able to see this information and see who is most at risk and remediate.
