Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are using KnowBe4 for keeping all of our employees up to date on what kind of emails they may come across during their working days. It lets us solve the problem of them falling for a phishing scheme or some hacker trying to extract details from them. We are using this across the whole organization.

  • Easy to use interface for the end user
  • We can always use more advice on malicious emails
  • Help bring problem users to the admins' attention
  • More topics covered
  • Saving time and money diagnosing computer issues after a malicious email is opened
  • Saving time on the end-user's computer not having to scan it constantly
  • Getting our users to more quickly notice clear phishing messages and just delete them
KnowBe4 stands alone in its ability to communicate to the user what to look out for and how to be on the alert to common malicious emails. Others that I've tried just don't have the ease of use that this does. The last product was a lot more confusing for all our employees.

I've used a few products that try to do the same as KnowBe4 but this one is the best by far. We get far fewer complaints from the users about having to take tests or watch videos because these are easier and shorter than some of the other competitors. I would very likely advise a colleague to use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training!

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Support

KnowBe4 support is fast to respond to any issues and easy to work with. It's a lot easier putting in a support request than with the last company we used and they also have a good knowledge base that sometimes avoids us having to contact them at all because a topic is covered in there.
