Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using KnowBe4 for keeping all of our employees up to date on what kind of emails they may come across during their working days. It lets us solve the problem of them falling for a phishing scheme or some hacker trying to extract details from them. We are using this across the whole organization.

- Getting our users to more quickly notice clear phishing messages and just delete them
KnowBe4 stands alone in its ability to communicate to the user what to look out for and how to be on the alert to common malicious emails. Others that I've tried just don't have the ease of use that this does. The last product was a lot more confusing for all our employees.

The availability of fresh content keeps our users informed of changes in tactics and also reminds them to keep on the lookout in general. It also helps our admin staff check on the progress or remediation of a specific user who may have had issues in the past with phishing.
We handle user management with our company provided email list so they can just log in with a name they are familiar with already. They then can change their password anytime they need to and we don't have to be involved. Also, it makes administration a lot easier for our admin team.
Some of the important metrics and reports are being able to look up how we are doing overall as a company and also per department and user. We can dial down to a specific user and see how they've been progressing on their training and who still needs some remediation as well.
