Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

User management is handled by the application in the cloud and doesn't need any interaction from us. That includes setting up their account the first time and getting passwords reset. This makes management super easy and cuts down on time we need to spend getting users into the system to take training.
We have now begun to use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for our entire organization after testing it internally in the IT department. We have had great success in identifying users who may be fooled into clicking a phishing message and helping them learn how to identify these emails beforehand.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training seems to be the best product currently versus the competition. They have people working around the clock to see what the next phishing trick will be and make our users and others aware of what to look out for. This is head and shoulders above what we've used before.
No issues thus far with support when calling in or emailing about issues. Very little wait time in getting a response and most of the time the answers can even just be found online. Support is very courteous and walks us through each step in a fix or adjustment we need to make.

Having the latest training for the newest threats is always a plus. It keeps our end users up to date and even our IT department so we can be on the lookout for phishing that gets through the filter. We can always then give our problem users a heads up so they don't accidentally open something.
The metrics and reports that are provided are very helpful. We can see all kinds of details about our users and who fell for what campaign. Also keeps everyone up to date on who needs more help. Lets us chose a whole host of reports and details that we may want.
I would likely recommend KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training if asked by any of my colleagues. This is due to the fact that email security is important in almost any industry these days. I don't see how this product can't be useful for all types of businesses. Very few places in the world not using email!
