Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
User management is dead simple, as we just upload our user list and then our users can sign right into the web GUI. Changing passwords is simple as well because it doesn't have to involve our helpdesk at all. Maybe doing an ADFS/SSO connection would be easier but that's about it.
We have started using KnowBe4 to get our users up to speed on what to look out for in regards to email. Email security is a huge issue these days, as hackers try to get into systems to deposit ransomware. We don't want to be on the list of hacked companies, so we are taking advantage of KnowBe4.

- Many training videos
- Maybe an easier to use admin portal.
- A way to create our own phishing campaigns.
- Easier way to get user's passwords reset.
- We seem to spend less time explaining phishing to users.
- We are spending less time on the phone.
- We spend less time responding to emails.
Sophos Phish Threat does not really come close to KnowBe4, at least in the older version we used. I would say in comparing the two of them, KnowBe4 benefits from having more advanced security experts on their staff to keep training fresh and up to date. Lots more here to like.

Keeping us up to date with fresh training content and lots of ways to access different content has been great. We would be lost without constant updates on what we need to be on the lookout for. We have always said that KnowBe4 seems to know about phishing techniques coming before the hackers do!
We are able to see lots of details about each user and department. We can see who needs remediation and who is doing well. Also, who clicked what email on each campaign is helpful for future campaigns. I'd say there's lots more data than we have even needed that's available on the portal.
