Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are using KnowBe4 as a way to get ahead of emails that intend to steal our user or company data, or get malware installed on a company device. This is being done across the entire employee base. All departments are now on board and all users are registered to the system.

  • Makes technical topics easy to understand.
  • Allows technical staff to save time.
  • Faster interface loading.
  • More types of content.
  • Better Outlook plugins.
  • Saving us money and time.
  • Making the system less susceptible.
  • Less security issues on desktops.
Have only had to use them a handful of times but generally great support and even better documentation. Not having to call support in the first place can save time and their online database of topics is nice and handy. Also, phone support seems to really care about your issues.

Having stale content is the worst, and we do not have to worry about that with KnowBe4. Even if you may roll your eyes at another "KnowBe4 tips email" they really do contain some great help. They will keep you updated on what the latest tricks are and how to watch out for them.
I have not had to deal much with this part of the product, but talking to my colleagues in IT, they seem to really appreciate how easy it is. My team has had very little issues logging on and taking training and I would be the first to hear if that was not the case.
Reporting is great because we can get regular reports with all our metrics. KnowBe4 makes it easy to grab a report for admin or grab a list of problem users for managers. All of this is done easily through the web GUI that makes creating reports and seeing statistics easy.
I could easily advise another company on this product, as its been easy to use and doesn't take a lot of time away from our user's day. There are a few short training sessions where the user is meant to pass a phishing test and that's it. If they have trouble with those, then fixing the problem is just a few clicks away (more training).
