Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

How is KnowBe4 security awareness training being used by our organization? Well, the goal was to work on the common issue of bad emails getting pass our firewalls and ending up in a user's mailboxes. So far, we have rolled it out to all departments and sectors. We have done this to address a company-wide issue of users being fooled into clicking links.
  • Teaching users how to spot and respond to a phishing message.
  • Helping Information Technology departments spend less time training users.
  • Keeping all of us on the latest tricks to look out for.
  • More simplified user interface for user navigation.
  • Better automated tools for spotting bad emails.
  • Very few bad things about this training!
  • Lots of time saved fielding calls from users asking about specific emails.
  • Less computers loaded with viruses that have to be taken off the network.
  • A much more informed user who can spend less time contemplating if an email is malicious or not.
How would we rate their support? Well it's hard to pinpoint a score when you hardly have to call them! I mean the site and product are straight forward enough that, unless we have back end issues, we do not bother. I believe we had some issues getting some users onboard but it was straightened out quickly.

What kind of impact from fresh and new content? Lots! I mean how can a user know what to look out for if they were not warned first. And KnowBe4 seems to keep very up to date with the trends out there. That means our users are trained earlier and better than just relying on the IT department to warn them.
How is user management handled? Just an easy user upload and import into the web interface gets your users ready and able. Having to get passwords reset is easy enough and we don't have to spend our time with any of that. Having a user be able to get into the training easy is valuable.
The metrics and reports are invaluable. Meaning pretty much anything management or higher-ups want to know is easily reportable with the click of a few buttons. We can even setup regular scheduled reports and not have to do anything! It makes us look good too when users need info fast!
Would I recommend this to someone asking for this type of training? Absolutely. Maybe some of this stuff can be easily found on YouTube or on the web, but by the time they see the info, it could be outdated. KnowBe4 seems to keep up with the latest and great techniques they're using and thus keeps us prepared.
