Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We started using KnowBe4 as a way to teach all the users in the IT department how to recognize and respond to bad emails, and we gradually saw the benefit of pushing this knowledge out to other departments and finally, we deployed to everyone. At this point, anyone with an email address has and uses the training.
  • Logical and straightforward explanation of phishing email
  • Easy to use by basic and advanced users of all types
  • Easy administration and reporting modules
  • Maybe less friction for users forgetting their credentials
  • Could always use more topics and tips emails
  • I believe we have cut down on support calls.
  • Saving everyone time fixing infected machines
  • Saving finance department time correcting hacked accounts
Their support staff has been wonderful each time we've needed them. We honestly don't need them often, but when we do it's a super easy experience. We don't have to worry much about upgrades as they live in the cloud, and our user upload was easy and fast. Not much to complain about here either.

It's very valuable to have a training product that keeps giving. From that, I mean keeping our users informed about new phishing schemes or major campaigns. Then just the regular tips emails have become a regular read for a lot of our users. That's saying a lot for users who are already very busy to take time and read the latest KnowBe4 email.
Our helpdesk and network staff take good care of our users, but in the case of KnowBe4, it was even easier than normal. We had our users uploaded and passwords were assigned. Then they could get in from anywhere, even from home. So that makes it easy to manage for all our staff.
Mostly knowing when new campaigns have gone out and what kind of responses we're seeing from users. Meaning who clicked what, and what type of training they have taken in response to their falling for a message. This just helps to keep all our users up to date and informed.
Yes, this is an easy one. We have been asked by neighboring cities and counties how we like the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and we've had nothing but praise for it. Having the company employ the world-renowned hacker Kevin Mitnik is really a cool selling point. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this to anyone in a similar position as us.
