Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is being used all over at our business. It's being used by everyone with a login and email. We are using it as a way to get accustomed to the tricks of the hackers that will try to steal info. I would say that it can address additional issues of social engineering and other types.

  • Quicker loading videos (faster CDN)
  • Higher resolution videos
  • Fewer computers out of service
  • Less time spend researching specific submitted emails
  • Time saved by everyone saves money
Overall, their support is great and handy. They have a crack team who get back with you really quickly when needed. It's nice not having to speak with outsourced contractors because these techs work direct for the company and that really shows in their communication skills and abilities to fix your problems.

All the new training makes paying attention easier and having content from all over keeps it different and enjoyable. I would say this has a big bearing on how our users react to the training. It seems if someone knows what to expect they pay less attention to the varied content is nice.
User management is handled cleanly and easily through the customer portal. We sign in as admins and can easily get an overview of all of our users. Its quick and thoughtfully laid out in a way that makes it simple to use. Having to send a user new training or a report is super simple as well.
The metrics and reports are great. Most importantly how many campaigns have been created, when they are set to go out, and how the results look from the last campaign. These types of reports are super easy to generate. Other types are available too for all levels of the company that needs some data.
Would very likely advise someone to try this out if they had an interest in the subject. Some companies may want to hire some individualized training that is more designed for their use case, but this would cost a lot more and may not be as effective so anyone with a normal budget should consider it!
