Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

After testing KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training with some of our test users and a few departments we thought it was going so well that it was finally pushed our (gradually) to all places. We now have the full staff on KnowBe4 for training. Now that it's set that way we can feel comfortable that email is covered.
  • Lots of great videos that are easy to follow
  • Nice and straightforward tests
  • Easy to use site and tools
  • Could have more options with our Outlook plugin
  • More training courses offered
  • Less time getting users accounts configured
  • Saving money and time for IT staff
  • Saving all other employees time in their email
  • Ease of use requires less time training
Support is friendly and the options to contact them are plentiful. Not sure we've used them for much more than a feature request or help designing reports because everything just works. But I can speak for all of my colleagues when I say that we would not hesitate to call them for anything.

The impact of their fresh content and multiple publishers is palpable. What it really means for new users is that you get content that doesn't already seem outdated from the start. It's cutting-edge info and made in a way that doesn't confuse any of our user base at all.
It's handled through the web GUI, which sits in the cloud. Once all users were in there it was very fast and easy to get them into training. They get an email and are on their way with very little friction. If someone needs to make a change they just hop on the site and do so.
For us, we really rely on being able to give reports to managers, directors, or supervisors quickly and right from the interface. This makes it easy when one of them has a request that is not already set up in a canned report. We just quickly design it out and get it generated.
I can easily recommend this tool to any colleague looking. We have had a great experience all around with KnowBe4 and would not hesitate to let others know. We have had some local counties and agencies ask us about it and all we have to say are good things. This makes people want to try it.
