Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Our organization is using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training on a wide-scale rollout. It is being implemented to attempt to help with the problem of people giving away personal or company details, such as their credentials or financial information through phishing by a potentially malicious email or person.
- Somehow make learning enjoyable
- Great experience taking tests
- Fast and friendly interfaces
- A way to stop phishing at the source?
- More tools to alert IT of security issues
- More reminders for users who may be susceptible.
- Lots of time and money saved on email requests
- Less time involved in research on Admin side
- Lots fewer infections on the network
I cannot complain. They are easy to work with, fast, and friendly. We have had to call about some users not being able to get in, but it's usually an end-user problem instead of the system. Besides that, it's very frictionless to getting a case entered and started. We usually hear a response quickly.

Who doesn't want to learn more when it comes to the safety of your company (and personal!) information? When users hear that this is to help them as well (like to avoid getting their identity stolen, for instance) then they are all about taking the time to train and help us by alerting us on phishing attempts.
The web interface has a built-in section for administering users and even a way to dole out admin abilities to department heads and so on. This helps us divvy up the tasks and management and saves time on the administrators. Also, it gives users a nice easy way to reset their own credentials.
We are constantly in there looking for ways to generate reports that satisfy user requests. I wouldn't say it offers the broadest reporting or metrics but you can usually find what you need or want. Sometimes we get requests about specific users and we can pop out those reports in no time.
Not much to dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training really. For anyone coming and asking me what tool they should use to get their people informed, I would jump on the chance to tell them about this. It's really easy to recommend a cloud product that lives in the web and is dead simple for admins to manage.
