Who doesn't want to learn more when it comes to the safety of your company (and personal!) information? When users hear that this is to help them as well (like to avoid getting their identity stolen, for instance) then they are all about taking the time to train and help us by alerting us on phishing attempts.
The web interface has a built-in section for administering users and even a way to dole out admin abilities to department heads and so on. This helps us divvy up the tasks and management and saves time on the administrators. Also, it gives users a nice easy way to reset their own credentials.
We are constantly in there looking for ways to generate reports that satisfy user requests. I wouldn't say it offers the broadest reporting or metrics but you can usually find what you need or want. Sometimes we get requests about specific users and we can pop out those reports in no time.
