Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Our company is using KnowBe4 as a way to train our users on all the different types of email, phone, and in-person techniques of phishing for information or data. Also, we are using it to stop people from falling for these types of attacks. We are using it throughout the entire company and each user has an account for training.

  • Teaching all levels of users what to keep on the watch for
  • Fluid and fast site and easy interface
  • We could use more training topics and reminder emails
  • A better tool for submitting questionable emails to admins
  • Video stuttering on some older browsers
  • Stopped pulling my hair out each time someone asked about a phishy email
  • Saving money and time on computer problems after an attack
  • More informed users will give away less details!
Great people at support and not a whole long wait to get someone on the line to address an issue. There was a problem with our guest portal where users would login and not see their training available, but they got it worked out fast and everyone was happy with the result.

Nice knowing we won't be left behind when a major new phishing campaign is on the radar. Also saves I.T. from having to send out their regular reminders. Different content publishers are smart as training never gets dull really, as you don't know what to expect next and people seem to like that.
We are all set up with users using their regular company email addresses and passwords of their choosing. If you need to make an adjustment as long as you have the correct access in the system it's super simple. Sometimes we don't hear of any issues for weeks because it just works so great.
Reports on users who need remediation seem to be the biggest requests. And it's just a quick trip over to reporting and metrics to get the data for them. To be honest there's probably a lot more information than we could really even use but that's better than having less data!
It's easy to recommend something of this caliber to pretty much any of our local cities or counties looking for training of this nature. I don't really see a case where you couldn't use it for at least your most at-risk users. I have in fact told many about it and will continue to do so.
