Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Once upon a time, we had no need for this type of training. We had a small pool of users who could even get emails or had internet access. These days everyone everywhere has email and internet access. That means we're all potential targets of hackers and phishers across the world.
- Surprising amount of useful data for everyone
- Easy enough for all user levels
- Lots of videos on different security subjects
- It's a bit pricey at the Diamond level.
- Making custom campaigns would be helpful.
- A way to verify a user actually watched a video would be neat.
- All kinds of saved time teaching users ourselves
- Hopefully $ saved on stopping company info lost
- Time saved by our techs not having to diagnose issues

I can't stress this enough. The actual value of your security training is based on whether they can keep up with the changing strategies of the hackers. If you don't know what they're doing, how can you teach your users to prepare for it? Simply put, these folks know the hackers' minds and even hire ex-hackers to keep in the know.
We're all set up with an LDAP export and integrated user management in the cloud. Just a matter of getting passwords set the first time, and you're off and running. That makes it easy for tech staff to manage and easy for users to remember their logins. Makes it easy for everyone, to be honest.
Most important is being able to keep up with the security health of our users and staff. That means keeping an eye on who needs more training, who falls for phishing campaigns, and what level everyone is at. Also, it's quick to make a report and share this info with higher-ups who want to prove the value of the product.
