Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We began using KnowBe4 as a trial run and gradually pushed it out to pretty much everyone in the org, and so far it's been a big hit. Usually, you don't hear many positive things when you tell everyone they're going to be taking more training but the response after a while was really good.
  • Easy staff to work with
  • Explained everything clearly during implementation
  • Full user upload and setup was done in a matter of hours
  • More options for training types
  • Less clunky web interface
  • Price is a bit high
  • All kinds of benefits with our digital data insurance
  • Looks good to other entities when they see your cyber security training stats
  • Time and money saved all around
Easy as pie to get on a call or get a ticket put in. Fast response time as well, which is a rarity among tech companies now. We have had very little to call about but the few we've had are good. I can definitely say it just works so well you probably won't need to use support.

Always getting new stuff is nice! Even if it's more training. Up to date training is important and useful in these fast-changing times. Getting hacked is everyone's worst nightmare and without keeping up with fresh training how else will you be ready. Also being able to choose from a wide range of publishers is excellent.
IT and Networking handle user management but each department head has access to their own users as well. It all worked out really nicely, and we have had very little complaints. When new users come into the org it auto-syncs with our user base and they can simply set up their training account.
All kinds of details are asked for after a new training tool is setup. Mainly by the ones who had to pay for it, but also ones curious as to how their employees are faring in the training. Since this also affects our accreditation we want to make sure everyone is doing well.
Gladly would I tell colleagues about this training tool. We were told about it by another local city and how well it worked out for them. Now we're doing the same in recommending it as pretty much the defacto training solution when it comes to email and cybersecurity in general.
